The Wild Pacific Trail can be found at Ucluelet, on the extreme west coast of Vancouver Island.A collection of well-groomed trails, depending on the leg of the trek you choose, you can easily spend a day walking and marveling at the sites around every twist in the trail.Most of the trail is high above the beaches and surf.The vistas are, to employ a much over used term, awesome.Surf crashing against rocks and islands, gigantic trees sculpted by the ever-present Pacific winds, whales and eagles, there’s no end to what you’ll see whenever you venture onto the trail.
Each visit will be different.The trail twists and writhes through the forest then takes you to any one of hundreds of viewpoints framed by cedar and salal.No better staging could be done by any professional commercial operation.This is nature at its very best and the coastal forest is the theatre.The blue Pacific is the stage.There is no script. That changes every minute of every day.The show costs nothing, but the production is priceless.
For over 20 years my wife and I join six other couples for our annual Tofino get-away.Since the Wild Pacific Trail opened, this walk has been a must.It has become a familiar, anticipated tradition.

Pricing
My images predominantly sell as limited edition prints (either serigraph or giclée). As such, there is a wide range of pricing, too wide to list within this website. I’ll explain.
My original paintings, those that are still available for sale, range in price from $4,000.00 and up. In most cases though I have limited edition prints available of my images. Needless to say, they are far less expensive than the original paintings. If you are interested in a particular original painting, please contact me at your earliest convenience at info@edhillart.com
If it’s a limited edition print you’re interested in, let me explain. Because of modern day technologies, the image you are interested in can be giclée printed on either paper or canvas. The canvas images can be rolled up and shipped in a simple tube, or they can be stretched on a frame and shipped that way. So too, these images can be reproduced custom made to your wishes. In other words I can create a print in the size you desire, either to fill a small space, or to fill an entire wall. I’ve included below a photograph of a client’s dining room with two of my prints reproduced in a larger format.
You will see that some of my pieces shown on this web site, those lithograph reproductions and art cards, do have fixed prices. The rest of my images, however, can be priced only when I know specifically what you, the client, want.
